Position: Recruiting Administrative Support (Data Entry & Onboarding)
Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Springfield, VA

Job Summary

New Age Protection, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Recruiting Administrative Support professional to assist with applicant tracking, candidate coordination, and onboarding support. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working across multiple systems while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

  • Manage accurate and timely data entry within applicant tracking databases

  • Operate and monitor multiple job boards

  • Conduct pre-screening calls with potential candidates

  • Support the Human Resources Department with onboarding paperwork for new hires

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information

  • Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records, and other documents

  • Format and review Word and PDF documents

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and calendars

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support staffing and administrative needs

  • Assist company owners with projects and provide office support as needed

  • Perform filing and record-keeping duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email

  • Strong customer service skills
