Position: Senior Secretary Top Secret/SCI with Poly Required

Location: Springfield, VA

Responsibilities:

• Train new administrative staff properly and adequately in order to efficiently support management.
• Assist the Directors front office staff during the absence of executive officer.
• Oversees the development and maintenance of the front office operating procedures.
• Executes organization quarterly award ceremony.
• Serves as the liaison for information such as policy guidance for award program.
• Develop and maintain the organization’s emergency planning based on NGA guidance and regulations.
• Collaborates with organization’s sub offices to develop and gather prep information and documentation for the Director’s upcoming internal and external meetings.
• Conducts research to prepare, gather, and proof briefing materials, agendas, and office task for Director’s.
• Ensure deliverables, request for information, and effective meetings are on time.

Requirements:

             • Possess Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance.

• Possess an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Business Management with no less than 5 years of senior administrative support experience.

• Knowledge and familiarity of each application under Microsoft Office Suite, to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel; and SharePoint.
