Position: Administrative Secretary Top Secret/SCI with Poly Required

Location: Springfield, VA

Responsibilities:

• Creates correspondence, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Manage calendars and task using MS Outlook.
• Manage and maintain electronic filing system.
• Responsible for minor IT technical support.
• Reserved and prepared VTC rooms and equipment.
• Develop and maintain the organization’s emergency planning based on NGA guidance and regulations.
• Maintains management of classified and unclassified documents.
• Creates presentations and presents information effectively.
• Preforms diverse task in support of multiple teams and division staff.

Requirements:

• Possess Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance.

• Experienced in PeopleSoft, DCIPS, NCERTS and DTS.

• Experience creating and maintaining Access databases.

• Possess an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Business Management with no less than 12

  years supporting DoD and NGA.

• Knowledge and familiarity of each application under Microsoft Office Suite, to include Outlook,

• Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel; and SharePoint.

• Experience reserving and prepping conference room equipment for presentations and meetings.
