Description

New Age Protection, Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized Office Administrator to support recruiting, onboarding, and daily office operations at our Charlotte, NC location. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong time management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial pre-screening calls with candidates

  • Navigate and manage multiple job boards

  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork and organization

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Track and reorder office supplies

  • Keep the office clean, organized, and safe

  • Participate in required Corporate training and support cross-department communication

  • Follow company policies and complete other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) plus Outlook and Adobe Acrobat

Physical Requirement

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
